Please read these instructions carefully. Without a Pledge Account form on file, your pledge order can't be processed!

If this is your first pledge order, we recommend you download the latest Dispatch (which has the pledge list and descriptions) and mail the Pledge order form and Pledge Account form together. If you choose to use the order form below, you must print the Pledge Account form and send it in immediately in order for your pledges to be processed. Also, if you have pledges on orders, but your credit information has changed or expired (check your pledge status if you're not sure), again we need an updated account form. If you are unsure whether you have a Pledge Account form on file or what games you already have pledged, you can go to the Pledge Status Request screen to receive a listing of any pledges you have and whether a Pledge Account form is needed.
